I was ordering a dominos pizza and during the time of payment it was showing that pay through paytm and get 50% discount. So, I paid it but the full amount is deducted and I didnt got the offer. so I am not satisfied with the service. I hope I will not do the same mistake of using paytm from next time. Same thing happened with me when once I was booking tickets from book my show while paying the amount it showed pay through paytm and get 20% discounts on tickets.
So, I paid it but it nothing came back to my account again and I didnt even got the discounts . so, I am literally not satisfied with the service and I called the customer care also but there is no options of talking with the service excecutive. its so irritating and costly calling them. I reported a email to them and they said me that we will connect you within 24 hours, three days gone and no replies has been shown yet in email id. I will not prescribe paytm as payment options to anyone because others applications are better than paytm
