Even though being one of the biggest wallets in the country pay tm has a lot of server issues. The mobile app is full of glitches. It lags and sometimes doesn't even work properly. I recharged for my wallet which showed first the recharge was successful and then when I checked my pay tm wallet there is no money. I tried contacting this site but wasn't a big help too. This moment is when I started reading reviews about this in google play and over the internet and a lot of people have been facing difficulties and also lost money. sometimes even after we book something, the money is deducted but the booking isn't successful.
