Never Buy any Voucher that has a little span of time . their customer care is simply pathetic and they never resolve the problem that easily.
On Monday, 24th July, there was a 1+1 offer for movie tickets on Wednesday/Thursday and I bought the voucher with order id: 1913439792.
I tried booking for the movie, with the voucher provided, But I got an error saying that Voucher got expired and the transaction got failed for the order: 1913443141
When I raised this to Customer Care(They say it as 24/7 - I never understood what they meant 24/7 as they never reply for almost 24 hrs once after the complaint being raised.
The first response was to attach the image of the failed transaction though I attached the image during my initial complaint, again they asked for and I sent the image. Again I have to wait for 24 hrs for the next mail reply, this time I have been informed that I have successfully used the voucher for the order: 1913443141,
I explained them that the order is failed order and how come this could be a successful order. I have to wait for another 24 hrs for the reply but the reply never came till yesterday(Wednesday). and today the offer going to expire. Still I am waiting for my response.
There mentioned a number so called customer care but that number simply adds extra curse. Simply pressing 1s 2s in mobile and then nothing is resolved.
