I was getting the best price for Samsung Note 5 at this site, so chose to order from it. My order id is 1341822320.
See in the attached pictures what I got instead.
I was stunned and replied to the site immediately.
They were prompt in acknowledging it and after 3 days of frantic emails from my side, agreed to return the money in my account.
Once I had the money, I was prompted to order again, with assurance of a speedy delivery and the actual product I will order.
Believing such a big company and their assurance, I ordered again through order Id 1388216686.
Guess what, after keeping me waiting for a week, they again cancelled my order!
I was in touch with them continuously all throughout through Twitter and yet they did this.
I have serious doubts over they competence. Taking the customer for granted and mistreating him for their own carelessness is not done.
