Paytm is not a good app. Last week I have odered matrix cream and when the product reach to me is damaged the box of the cream is cracked and seal is broken. And then I feel very upset and them I good online in paytm and marked request for the return. Delivery man come to my home and then I return the product. He have no return slip. After a week they return my money. Very dissappointing from the paytm.
