Hi this is my review about PAYTM. Initially Paytm has started its service for online recharges and then slowly they have entered into online shopping by givng CASH BASK OFFERS. I have ordered Shirt from this site but the colour and quality mentoned in the site is not the same. It is of low quality and looks like it was previously used. I have raised a complaint regarding this to customer executive and returned to them. Bad thing in this is Money will be credited to paytm wallet. Second time also same situaton. This time I have ordered Shoes, this time there were no proper logos of the reputed comapany. Again I have returned the product. This is the worst experience for me. From then I did not shop in paytm. Myself have blindly in the mind that paytm is only for recharges for not shopping.
