I have installed this app 6 months ago and create my account after few days I just uninstall this app because of its bad customer service. Whatever Happening to me at that time let me explain this is my experience with Paytm app
When I open the app they ask me to register and then log in. And I follow their instruction according to paytm app we have to update our KYC as per as RBI instruction but the problem is that I'm a teenager and this app doesn't allow KYC update for those who are 18 less which is quite frustrating for me as I have bank account but still I can't able to update my Kyc.
The second problem is that I used to live with my mummy and brother, and we all three have a bank account in the same bank. There is a single number linked to all three accounts but paytm allow only one number for one account so both of them are not eligible for pay.
The third problem is that they said, they give us cash back on recharge when we use promo code but promo code isn't accepted by them.
Paytm app offers very bad service.
