Despite my complaints and follow-up, company is not refunding me the money for the fraud they did. Now, after 20 days, at last am filing the complaint here with a hope that you would sternly act against Paytm. Following is the detail:
I bought a laptop vide order no 1271725543 invoice no. TG1015474 dated 15oct2015. The MRP mentioned on paytm site is Rs 44600 while on the received product it is Rs 41116.50. This is a pure case of cheating the customer by showing higher discounts with increased fake MRP. I raised a complaint with them on 16oct15 and sent them all proofs and after a week they agreed to their fraud and promised to pay me the difference between fake MRP and actual MRP. But again after one week they are denying me the refund saying that so what the MRP is fake. They are least bothered about the fact that they are showing increased fake MRP on site. Even today its the same.
Paytm has befooled me and other customers by showing higher discount by showing fake MRP. I have all proofs of this fraud. Please help.
