I could not get chance to get rid from standing in queue in theater to collect movie ticket even after booking ticket through online from Paytm.
While getting into hall I have shown the booked online ticket message to the executive to verify and allow us to move forward. Executive halted me and suggested to get the tickets from the ticket counter as they are allowing customers who has SCANNED code.
I usually book tickets from Book My Show which has the SCANNED code feature and not aware about the PAYTM procedure.
I suggest PAYTM to come up with SCANNED code enhancement in their application for the better product improvement and ease use.
