First of all their shopping website is like half baked cake. It feels like some summer project. However, I still had ordered two umbrellas from paytm shop under 40% cash-back scheme. Instead of delivering two items, they delivered only one item. That too not the model/make which I had selected.
I have sent 4 emails & its been 4days. No response what so ever from paytm. Also, there is no customer care number. I found the number+91 9999391234 from somewhere, but lady who picked the phone did not have any clue.
When I call the seller, he is asking me to check with paytm. But paytm is not responding.
I will never again buy from these guys, even if they give 90% cash-back. Better to stick with Amazon & FlipKart.
