My money has not be refunded yet to my account . I have recharged a sum of rs 1680 for reliance postpaid no . but after deduction from my account the money they say invalid number and transfered the money to paytm cash, but there is a option to transfer the money to bank account I clicked it and it says 21 days required to transfer the money.
Why they refund the money to paytm cash not my bank account as they have clearly mention that no paytm cash can be used to recharge postpaid number as mine have postpaid number and why they will keep the money with them . I really dis agree there views and action . I have mailed them repetedly but no reply yet . I think money is gone plz help me sir,
