Today on 1 St June, 2024. I recharged my metro card with Rs.500/-, but ptm deducted ?/-. ??/- as travel insurance without my consent and knowledge. It a bleach of trust between customer and service provider. If RBI see this message i request them to take strong action against Paytm.
