I am connected to paytm since 1 year but not using it in a regular basis.
But now, after demonetisation, paytm started their cashless campaign and I am using it frequently.
Now paytm has improved their service , their app , and many more services added to paytm, which makes paytm the best.
You can easily load money to your wallet from your bank account.
And can easily return amount from your wallet to your bank account.( But it takes upto 3-7 days) .
Paytm has enlarged their store in which almost every thing is available.
And one thing interesting about their store is that whenever you buy anything from paytm they will offer you 10-15% cashback.
Which is interesting.
But one thing I would like to tell paytm that please bring free delivery ( you can apply your condition)
At present almost every shopkeeper has paytm and its a good thing for customers to pay the amount to the seller hassle free cashless payment.
And now they are opening their own payment bank, hope that will be interesting.
