I have been using Paytm since last five year, Most of the time I had a good experience with them and yes there were some issues also while buying products via Paytm. For recharging kinds of stuff Paytm is my first choice of all time. Most of the time it has some sort of cashback offers so it makes sweetness to recharge expenses.
Now I use paytm for booking train, bus and air tickets for myself and my family & friends, its zero charge cancelation is very helpful.
