I have been using Paytm since last two months.
Customer Service is good. One of my recharge got failed from paytm but received amount to my account within 2 minutes. This is so quick.
Paytm App & website works really smooth without any lag.
Since past one week, I can see lot of cashback offer on paytm. Yesterday, I received Rs 75 Cashback on DTH recharge within 5 minutes. Cashback offer really works.
I have not ordered any product like mobile or any gaget from paytm website so no idea related to this section .
Making payment is too easy. Just save your card details . So next time you need to eter CVV code and OTP. Also you can earn referral commission.
Paytm provides facility of transferring paytm balance to your bank account and vice-versa.
