I oftenly use paytm for making transaction only for paying bill's and doing recharging my cellphone, nothing more than that.
Paytm is just looting people and giving just tiny or like small part of their money as cashback, if you want try it just compare paytm products price with other websites and you will notice that paytm's price is higher than other websites and they will offer you very small amout of cashback that is cripiest business tactic.
customer services are not good, I will rate them below average.product quality completely depends upon the product, that you are buying.if you want to know about delivery than is just ok, if you buy anything on paytm you have to pay the ddlivery charges it doesn't depend upon the product price wether it cost ₹ 100 or₹40000, they will take delivery charges from you
