I regularly do recharge online, but using paytm was my biggest mistake ever because my recharge worth Rs.500/- was not successful & amount got deducted from my account.
On contacting customer support & providing them all the details they said that they will look into the matter within 48 hrs but its 3 weeks now & still there is no reply from them nor I have got any kind of refund.
After that I have come across Pay1 recharge application wherein I could recharge for all operators through Pay1 & their transaction speed is also fast & hassle free. I got my recharge done within few seconds.
