Customer service is not that good there response is very slow and they dont have live chat which is very good but it is not in paytm
Products in paytm is not that branded only sell indian brands and dont have different range of products
They deliver the product in time and have a really fast service Website of paytm is not that good but application is the best it have it all in it you can do every think from paying bills to ordering products
It is a very decent conpany and help a lot with our problems I can totally relia on paytm
