I had placed an order for Bathla - 3 step ladder from Paytm and paid the full amount by internet banking option. The order was successful that time.
But after few days it got cancelled automatically saying some issue from vendor side.
My whole amount was refunded but it went to Paytm wallet.
I think Paytm cancelled the order on purpose since the same ladder was at a high price on other sites. They might have checked it later when I placed order.
Now to tranfer the money from wallet to bank I again have to follow some process or I may utilize it on bill payment and all. This may be strategy so that I spend all the wallet amount on paytm itself.
