I tried to top up my delhi metro card no. 64040505 for Rs 100/- on 29/5/16 thru paytm and despite deducting the amount from my bank the balance never reflected on my metro card and despite several communications from my end to them they are neither replying nor refunding my amount.
And the apathy is that our government including RBI has set them free to do such fraudulent activities with the poor customer providing them licence under PSS act 2007 and no helpline or complaint center or ombudsman is appointed to deal with complaints against such companies in interest of the consumers so beware of them if you don't want to loose your hard earned money.
