I recently tried to recharge my BSNL mobile with Rs 55 talktime top up and they showed the recharge was successful, but I have not received my money that I have charged into my mobile. When I checked my balance, the balance I had was the same as I had before. This is a poor recharging service and better not to use this. I complained about this in their customer care but no one responded.
