Now it's over 2. 5 years using paytm app. I am a KYC verified user of paytm. And I wanna say that a its a revolutionary app going in wrong way. When it started it gives per day new offer to its user so I am using it too. But as the time passed it started condition applied offers and few months after that they started false offers too. Some coupon such as Lakhpati, lucky 10 are disgusting. They never revealed the winners. I have tried it too but never got a single rupee cash back. Then came it grab 10, grab 20 coupons but it changed condition for these coupons being applicable. Such as when I used grab 10 first it says minimum 30 rupees recharge as I remember. Then it says minimum 50 rupees recharge then again to 100rupees. Same thing with different amount occurred with grab 20 too. So I think they have to think about these because I have some faith in them that's why the app is in my phone continuously.
