I had the bad experience with paytm. couple of months back I had bought a product from paytm that was a T-shirt.till that time everything was fine but after.
I faced the main issue which is about product quality that was worst.the T-shirt was looked like someone used it before and washed it several times and another issue was the late delivery.i had to wait for 10 days for this worst product.and when I went to return the product they mention a courier service that they will pick the product.but in reality it didn't happen.
