I lost my refund amount where flight was booked through paytm and I cancelled my ticket on earlier stage though refund is not credited yet. Surprise thing is that I have been follow up though the query is not sorted out yet for refund credit.

Pune to AHMD on 23rd August.
Ticket was cancelled on 14th Aug
I did follow up on mail about when refund will be credited in my account which is yet not replied with refund details. Hope by today paytm team will processed the refund by today or tomorrow.
