Sorry to say but paytm is making fool its customers . Few days ago one " international products" was showing on my app and when I ordered for few products they just send some local and substandard products. When reported my grievance to them, they just remove that catagory from my app and might be fooling others. However for making payments this site is fine but not ideal for online shopping.You order and amount deduct from your account but order failed and when you ask them they suggest you to go to your bank to request for refund. So first order to them and when order failed just beg to your bank to refund. Why.I asked them but they had no answer.Just send cyclostyile reply through mail.So don't shop.Just make payment through paytm.
