Paytm is not very satisfactroy shopping site. I purchased many items but I got only 50% satisfaction regarding product quality . It is useful only for recharging mobile & money transfer . Coustumer service is also not very good.Once I purchased Lenevo K5 note ( gold) mobile but they send me grey colour mobile. I was unable to change my mobile after sending many emails to coustumer care.
