Resently I had open my paytm account. It will be show for update then I had complete update its me again create new account when this process completed .lt shows my account balance NA.Then I contacted customer care of paytm.com services.Then what they listen my problem and eariler solve it. Overall is custom service is best
I am usually paytm is used for only Recharge of mobile, dth etc thats why I cannot tell about its product qauility
I am use only paytm app because its functioning is good it provides security for wallet and barcode scaning
Relablity of app is better everybody can use it easily
