There are several online marketing sites which are very famous now-a-days. Among them PayTm is another. It gives a fabulous cash-back offers, low-price margin with a great competion. All these benefits can be appreciated provided with a better service.
The quality of products displayed in its site are different when it reaches me. I am not sure about others but I faced such incidences 2-3 times. Yes, the cash back offers are too good and very instant. When the quality fades, the lucrative offers seems to be fake.It is surprising that how people made this site a popular online marketing site(may be because of cash-back offers; after all money matters).
The customer service is not satisfactory. By email they respond very quickly but without any favorable solutions. But I think for we Indians(who lives with ok-ok attitude) this online marketing site is OK-OK till we continuously gets our cash-back.
