I do one payment using paytm using the Visa debit card payment is 1000rupee after few seconds my bank give me a massage 1000 cut your bank account but Thousands of rupees did not meet the person in front I say this query to paytm customer service officer but he said it not over response.

So please do not make any payment using paytm.
