I tried booking tickets for my parents via paytm as my friends suggested me to try it. I too tried it as there was cashback offer. But when I tried to book a particular travels for a particular timing, I was prompted to choose a different operator.
But that travels was the one my parents travel comfortably and so I called the custom, er care and asked why I faced such a problem. But they responded me the same way that the website promoted me(to choose a different travels) . So I booked it from some other website and when I asked them if I could get money from wallet, I was informed 4% will be reduced if I need it back to my account. I got even more frustrated and still have the money left in the wallet.
