Yes I have been using paytm is one of the part of alibaba company which is the big company in world.its more secured for us but in some applications like Book my show and many more new application where it is not easily available as payment gateway.it should be published and populated by some advertising to each part of india which people dont know how to use and fears to use as they dont feel secure so awareness should be made everywhere and easy instruction to use guide should be provided to peoples who are new learner.
