PayTM - INVALID COUPONS - Worst Customer Support

I had 2 basics life coupons which I bought (payed Rs.20 extra for 2 coupons). When I tried to use the coupons if said coupon is not valid. Raised with customer care (Ref: #100779476) they are the screen shot. Provided the screenshot as requested.

No reply from customer care after that even after sending remainder email's. No phone numbers to contact. Raised this query in Facebook and my comment was deleted with in 5 min's and I posted the comment again (5 min's before writing this review).

This shows the standard of PayTM. Will never go with PayTM nor recommend to others.
