I have ordered my product on 14 Dec 2014, and as per they promise product should be delivered to me before 28 Dec 2014, I have escalate it 4-5 times to customer service but they are just saying we are looking into it and close the f* tickets.

I have also contacted Swapnex courier service regarding my parcel but they are also not picking up the phone.
I don't know why such a good Paytm company uses this type of third class courier services.
According to me people must not by anything from Paytm for which they are using Courier service.
Use only Recharge functionality from them.
