Paytm is great for mobile recharge and I always use this on a regular basis but not good for other shopping experience. It's customer care service is very bad which needs to improve. I recently purchased Lenovo A7000 phone through paytm who send me a defective piece which was delivered in 10 days but at the time of purchase it was showing that product will delivered in 3-4 days. I really frustrated from the service of paytm. So I requested for a return in which I faced a lot of problems.
I lose the complete trust on paytm because of its worst service. Please do not buy any product from them.
