For recharge and pay bill paytm is not so bad. But there is a huge list of reason for customer anger on paytm. first and main reason is there has no customer care Number, therefore I feel uncomfortable when I purchase anything from paytm. its truly notorious. I got first in my life ever that there has a service who has no customer care Number. secondly the product of paytm is very poor in terms of quality. therefore I don't like paytm at all. paytm should think to satisfy their customer. I think paytm is confused to decide themselves as shoping site or its only pay and recharge site.
