I have been using paytm since a year and I have done recharging to everything I can from laytm to avail offers, but they are not so promising. The paytm community didn't give me my rewards I recieved from recharging and by other activities. Their customer service too is very poor and they don't respond and solve problems quickly. I had my momey being recieved from my work place after 7 or 8 months so I decided to put it in my paytm wallet as it has been empty since a long time and then when my money is being recieved in the account they refuse it to put it in paytm for next of the 48 hours. They didn't even take my complaint of not receiving my rewards. I suggest there are many other applications other than paytm which offers you good facilities.
