I am a member of Paytm.com for last 6 month.in this short period aap time I have faced many problems. One of them which I can remember is , I recha recharged a full talktime pack of 70 of Aircel but I can not received my talk time. its ok .it can be. But when I wanted to contact with Paytm customer care they did not receive my call even not a single male they sent me regarding this problem after 5 days email me a message that my transaction has failed and I will get my refund but after 15 days I did not receive my refund yet so according to my opinion Paytm is cheating and I never recommend this app as a online recharge method.
