Bought a handbag with order no 918951798 on 22nd April 2015, order is not shipped so far and they are not cancelling my order at the same time. worst service, mailed them so many times every time they say its on transit where as the website shows its under processing.
And not even given to courier.money deducted and I am not able to cancel the order also very poor service, never to again buy items in paytm.
Worst experience. No phone call from them so far .
