When I was forgotten my password I tried to reset my password but in that case I always watch that the server is down. But the app is really helpful and the customer care service are always available. But in online shopping paytm is not providing me a quick delivery service. And I received a defective product . And I faced some problems to refund the product and the process was taken some days.
