I ordered Nacson Television smart 32 inches in paytm on 27 mar 2017, at the time of booking the booking screen shows cash back I choose it was applied I got message also regarding cash back its worth of 1500 after that I decided to complete payment process after completion of the payment the delivery date is conformed, finally igot my product and sane instalation was done same, after that when I call to paytm service regards they said first time your purchased prodyct not valid for cash back.
Second time c I called up they will said you dont applied any promo code while purchasing.
Third time when I called they will said your mobile number not registered wirh us please wait untill completion of return policy.
Fourth time I decided to fight with valid proofs, by god grace iwill took all the screen shots at the time booking.
I put severel mails to them regards cash back with valid proofs, finally they will return cash back amount but one tging this peroid I faced lot of pressure, I didnt happy with new television this type custome care support is very bad.please aware with paytm take proper proofs while ordering.thaknking you.
