Their online services is very poor. They shows different product and different offer but after booking ordered they delivered different product you. There is no agenda for replacement in paytm. Paytm not good app. They provide very poor customer service.


I also faced problem during KYC . They showing my KYC is completed but I still facing problem to transfer my amount from paytm to wallet.
