Paytm is very useful now a days to do transactions easily.I am using paytm nearly from one year. Its interface is very easy to use and understandable.We can pay household bills, mobile bills, send payments, accept payments, book tickets for movies. The website is slow and its taking more time to load I think they must look at it once. But one of the drawback with paytm is its tax for every amount you deposit in your bank account from your wallet paytm is taking nearly 2% as tax.So I think they must reduce the tax. It gives us very good cashback offer but I face so many problems with the cashbacks at first the cashbacks worked very good but after few months the cash backs are taking time. I also saw that when we make a complaint against some payment to it their customer service are replying us so lately. I think they must recruit some new people for customer service so that they can help more detaily with our queries.
