I've been using Paytm since a year and its Customer service is best.
I used paytm for mobile recharge, d2h recharge and for many other reasons.It gives you cashback options and various payment modes.you can use net banking or ur credit card/shopping card to make payment.
to tell you about my experiences, once I had a mobile reacharge which it failed to process and my money was deducted from my account, I was worried but they refunded me my money back in the paytm wallet so I can reacharge again.
I usually use net banking but my dad use credit card to make payment on paytm both are reliable and secure. it's the fastest and reliable service ever.and yes I use payment app instead website bcoz its more faster that way.
