Had made bookings through payback, redirected to makemytrip and another time through flipkart.
Total points should have been credited for Rs. 15, 000/ had inquired about the procedure to follow for crediting of points and followed it, both the times, in a span of one month. was assured initially by mmt and flipkart that they will verify why points have not been updated, then they said it will be dealt by payback.
Nothing was done by either of 3 parties. wasted time in emailing all of them multiple times, and called. payback guys said to check about this again in a month. as if, that is the only work we have!
