Our journey from Goa to Hyderabad via Paulo travels was by far the worst goddamn bus journey of my life.
They made us wait ALMOST SIX HOURS for a bus which was "undergoing technical maintenance" without even informing us a proper time to when the bus was going to arrive for boarding.
They kept delaying by half hour every time we asked them when the bus was coming. Some didn't even bother looking at us until we shouted at them.
Their entire staff in their office was clueless and literally walked out on their own boss after their argument with a Manager.
Looking at the other reviews, this was not their first. Do not take Paulo Travels by any means. It would only leave a sour after-taste to a wonderful trip to Goa.
Bus had flies and cockroaches.
