I booked a ticket from Belgaum to Hyderabad through travel yari app.for the bus paulo travels Goa....the time of departure from Belgaum is 8 30 pm on 05.10.2019.fist a message came to my mobile stating that the bus is 1 hour late ie 9. 30 ..pm...at 9. 30 pm I called the driver and asked where the bus is . He told me that the bus is near Belgaum...so I eagerly waiting for that bus...after .5 hrs ie 10 pm I again ask the driver he told me that the bus is out of order and new bus comes on 1.30 am next day..after that he didn’t attend the phone and the time is 2.33 am next day neither the bus comes nor he attend the phone..... Also he totally disturb the whole night...paulo travels is worst ... don’t book tickets in that ..... non punctual and they didn’t inform nor made any alterative arrangements....paulo travels down down......if I can put zero star I will put that.....
