Work is easy and encouraging, getting accustomed to team colleagues is worrying as there is less encouragement from them and less positivity. Pay is good although it is less and less hikes, getting promoted is also worrying as it depends on team colleagues. Of all the three shifts afternoon shift is best. Work is easy to learn but then work pressure is worrying and discouraging.
