I bought my latest scooter, Hero Pleasure, almost a year ago from this dealer. Though there are several other Hero dealers available, I preferred this dealer because their professionalism in selling.
*My Experience of Buying:*
As I sold my old scooter, I reached at the Patel Automobiles, Bhavnagar. I wanted to buy a perfect scooter. The sales person of the showroom guided me well. I have little confusion over what to buy? Activa or Pleasure. The sales person cleared all my doubts.
And I decided to have the Pleasure. I had test ride, too. Finance schemes were available there and they told me about it but as I wanted to buy with patty cash so it was of no use for me. In few minutes time, the documentation was over and a lady sales executive handed over me a key of the vehicle and guided me well about the functions of the scooter. I was happy with her guidance. I left the showroom with a smiling face with a contented feeling.
*After Sales Service:*
I got a phone call from the service department of the agency. And it was right on time. I went there along with my vehicle at the given time. I was greeted well at the counter and made me understand all the technicality of the product. Again, they gave me time to get back my vehicle. When I reached there on time, my scooter was ready. The scooter was nicely serviced. Happy again!
*Conclusion:** So, at the end, I can say that my both the experience at the agency are good. Satisfied!
