We are taking this product since 1 and a half year, although its have natural ingredient, but then also this product is not helpful in constipation and gastic, I consume this product since 1 year and my problem is not gone, I think this product has some issue with its ingredient, if u are making a natural product then why this product is not helpfull in constipation and gastic, flavour of this product is also not to good, I think this product is not 100% natural product, packing is also not too good, paking does not matter but the product sholud helpfull, but not bad product from patanjali, sorry go for other choice.
