I have bad experience with passport seva Kendra in Bhikaji cama place new delhi .
Actually what happened 2 months ago I have applied for my passport from ITO PSK then after few days I came to know that my name has been printed incorrect on the application when I checked my receipt , they haven't mentioned my surname even I've mentioned in the application form moreover they even didn't mention my father's surname I'm really disappointed with these guys . After getting my passport I went for the correction then they said we mention only school name I said why they rudely go and read from our website.
Then what is the use of adhaar card why do they ask adhaar card . OK I accept their TC but Atleast they should have sence how to talk with applicant . Every staff was talking rudely so erogant and irresponsible people they are .
